- Visit BMC families and involve them in direct and indirect support activities of BMC ministries.
- Facilitate senior worshipers fellowship
- Harvest festival, Independence day, Republic day – Make this events mean-ingful & mission focused
- Logistic support

1) House visit ministry: Identify the families that need house visits and plan the visits. Make this a sustainable system
– Identify key interests of the families and plug them in to appropriate ministries of the church
– Identify key concerns of the families and provide prayer and other support as needed
– Special focus for Tamil congregation in the area of mentoring by family visits
2) Strengthen Senior Worshippers fellowship (including Tamil)

1) Travel desk help (Sunday service & other transport needs for church pro-grams)
2) Sunday snacks & food management (co ordination help as required) & Church kitchen management
